Job Overview : Rival Rebound Sports and Amusements Pvt. Ltd . is looking for a dynamic and energetic Marketing & Sales Executive who can actively engage with clients and drive business growth. This role involves a mix of field visits and customer interaction, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Visit schools and other potential clients to promote party bookings and events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school authorities and clients
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on inquiries
- Handle incoming customer queries over calls and provide accurate information
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of bookings and events
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements :





- MBA in Marketing (preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer handling roles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in face-to-face client interactions
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally Willingness to travel locally for client visits

- Solid persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Well-groomed, confident personality with a professional approach
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
