Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers proactively and create a premium in-store experience

- Drive conversions through strong product knowledge and convincing skills
- Handle high footfall efficiently while maintaining personalized attention
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation
- Stay updated on latest jewelry trends, designs, and collections
