Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and attend walk-in clients at the studio/gallery
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product suggestions
- Explain product details, pricing, and customization options
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a premium customer experience
- Maintain proper display and presentation of artwork and décor items
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and client follow-ups
- Assist in converting inquiries into successful sales
Skills & Requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach
- Basic understanding or interest in home décor, art, or interior styling
- Ability to confidently explain products and handle client queries
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for client interaction
- Prior experience in retail, showroom, or client-facing roles is preferred
