Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, well-spoken Sales Executive to join our boutique store in Kolkata. As the face of Kaka Calcutta , you will assist premium clients in selecting the perfect designer ethnic wear, ranging from festive kurtas to intricate Sherwanis and Tuxedos.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement : Greet walk-in clients and provide a personalized styling experience.
- Product Knowledge : Clearly explain garment details, including fabric types (Silk, Organza, Taffeta), embroidery styles, and fit options.
- Sales Targets : Actively work towards achieving daily and monthly store sales targets through suggestive selling and upselling.
- Store Upkeep : Ensure the merchandise is perfectly steamed, tagged, and displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
- Order Coordination :



Manage custom measurements and coordinate with the tailoring/production team for timely deliveries.
- Digital Assistance : Assist in handling customer queries via WhatsApp and managing the store’s local inventory records.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience : 1-3 years in retail sales (preferably in high-end apparel, ethnic wear, or boutiques).
- Communication : Fluent in English and Hindi .
- Soft Skills : Must be polite, patient, and have a "customer-first" attitude.
- Presentation : Neat and professional appearance suitable for a designer boutique workplace.
- Education : Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduates preferred.
