Job Summary : We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support sales & marketing activities through event coordination, partner claim management, and customer outreach. The role involves assisting in the planning and execution of marketing events and sales activities of engaging with prospects through tele calling.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and submit partner/OEM marketing claims with required documentation.
- Coordinate marketing events, webinars, and partner programs , including logistics and registrations.
- Conduct telecalling to connect with customers and prospects for marketing outreach.
- Follow up with customers for event invitations and participation .
- Maintain records of marketing activities and claim submissions .
- Support pre-event planning and post-event coordination with internal teams and partners.

Requirements :

- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of marketing claim submission activities .
- Ability to handle telecalling and customer interactions .
- Basic understanding of marketing and event coordination .
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel .
