Responsibilities :

- Handle outbound & inbound calls with potential clients
- Pitch digital marketing services confidently (SEO, Social Media, Ads, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Convert leads into paying customers (deal closing is key)
- Follow up regularly and maintain client relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Work under calling pressure and performance-driven environment

Requirements :

- Solid communication & convincing skills (very important)
- Good deal-closing ability
- Comfortable with high call volume (calling pressure)
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing sales pitch
- Previous sales experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
