Role Description

This is a full-time, in office position for an Sales Officers , located in Dehradun .

The role involves managing sales operations, developing strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and project customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, and project clients :

- Identify and generate new business opportunities :

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals :

- Conduct market visits,



dealer meetings, and site visits to expand business reach

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities

- Support channel partners with product information, pricing, and coordination for timely deliveries

- Maintain sales reports and provide regular updates to management

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Sales or Sales Management in Iron/Steel, TMT Bars, Cement, Tiles, or Building Materials industry :

- Strong dealer network and market understanding :

- Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills :

- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced sales environment :

- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities :

- Willingness to travel for market visits and client meetings :

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field preferred

- 3-6 years of relevant industry experience preferred

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
