The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the distributor and retailer network, and increasing brand visibility of Quick Pure products in the assigned territory . The role requires regular market visits, order generation from retailers, and coordination with distributors for smooth product supply.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned area
- Increase product availability and visibility in retail outlets
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
Distributor Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors :
- Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure smooth supply
- Support distributors in increasing secondary sales
Market Expansion
- Identify new markets and potential customers :
- Appoint recent distributors and retailers where required
- Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities
Order Management
- Generate regular orders from retailers :
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely delivery of products
Branding & Promotion
- Implement branding and promotional activities in the market
- Ensure proper product display and visibility in retail outlets
Reporting
- Submit daily market visit reports (DVR) :
- Provide weekly and monthly sales updates
- Share market feedback and competitor insights
Qualification
Graduate / MBA preferred
Experience
1-3 years of experience in FMCG / Beverage / Packaged Water sales
Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Relationship management
- Good understanding of local markets
- Ability to work in field sales
Compensation
Fixed Salary + Incentives + Travel Allowance
