Job Title: Sales Telecaller - Hotel & Tourism Industry
Location : Work From Office Working Hours : 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Weekly Off : Sunday
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and travel leads.
- Promote hotel bookings, tour packages, and travel services.
- Explain travel packages, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain relationships.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer details in the system.
- Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about destinations and packages.
Requirements :
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- 0-2 years experience in telecalling, sales, or travel industry preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English .
- Confident speaking and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
