Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Paper Sales Export Executive to manage sourcing, quality control,

sales coordination, and end-to-end export operations for fixed-volume export orders across African

coordination for multiple product categories including paper, food products, and garments

shipments.

Role Requirements

1 Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Paper Industry / Trading / Paper Mills / Export Sales

2 Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

3 Salary: Competitive; based on last CTC (Negotiable)

Product Knowledge (mandatory)

1 Offset & Packaging Paper

2 Test Liner & Fluting Paper

3 Newsprint Paper

4 A4 & A5 Notebooks

Key Responsibilities - Paper Sales & Export Operations

1 Source suitable suppliers and factories for various paper categories

2 Develop and support export sales activities for African markets

3 Procure products strictly as per buyer specifications

4 Ensure rigorous factory-level quality control (QC)

5 Conduct physical inspection prior to each shipment

6 Supervise complete shipment cycle from factory stuffing to destination port discharge

7 Coordinate seamlessly with suppliers,



CHA, shipping lines, transporters, and internal teams

Export Documentation & Operations Support

1 Reviewing Purchase Orders before execution

2 Checking Inspection Reports and shipment approvals

3 Arranging and dispatching samples before delivery

4 Coordinating supplier readiness prior to loading

5 Managing loading photos and shipment records after delivery

6 Collecting supplier documents and compliance papers

7 Coordinating with CHA and Transporters

8 Reviewing Bill of Lading and Certificate of Origin after shipment reaches port

10 Maintaining organized hard-copy filing system for all export records

1 Excellent English communication (written & verbal)

2 Robust knowledge of export operations & documentation workflow

3 Experience in paper export sales preferred

4 Ability to handle multi-category export shipments

5 Willingness to travel for factory audits and inspections

6 Strong follow-up skills with a solution-driven mindset

7 Highly organized with documentation discipline

How to Apply

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
