Key Responsibilities
Own branch revenue targets across broking & distribution products Drive month-on-month growth in brokerage, turnover & ancillary income Acquire new Retail & HNI clients through referrals, networking & market activity Promote Equity, Derivatives, Currency, Commodities, MTF, Mutual Funds, IPOs & Insurance Lead, mentor & monitor RM/Sales teams with daily tracking & reviews Analyze MIS, pipeline & productivity metrics for proactive decision-making
What We’re Looking For

Qualification
