Job Role & Responsibilities: - Call potential customers and explain our digital courses. - Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. - Follow up with interested leads via calls and messages. - Convince and convert leads into course sales. - Maintain basic records of calls and leads.
Requirements: - Good communication skills (Hindi/English). - Comfortable with telephone calling. - Basic understanding of digital courses (training will be provided). - Confidence in talking to customers. - Willingness to learn and improve sales skills.
