Sales Executive

Job Location : Jabalpur, Seoni, Balaghat (Madhya Pradesh)

Job Type : Full-time Salary : ₹17,000 - ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience : 0-7 years in Sales & Marketing
- Freshers with strong sales motivation may also apply _
- Age : 20-45 years
- Education : Graduation / Master’s Degree

Mandatory Requirements

- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) :

- Valid driving license :

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Required Knowledge & Skills

- Knowledge of cement industry, construction commodities, and market dynamics :

- Understanding of customer needs, dealer & contractor sales :

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills :

- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and social media :

- Promote and sell company products/services to customers, dealers, and contractors

- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients

- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions





- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals

- Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve revenue targets

- Maintain accurate sales data and follow-ups using CRM tools :

- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute sales strategies

- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
