Job Role & Responsibilities : As a Field Sales Executive , you will be responsible for:
- Spreading awareness about Regenerative Agriculture and Organic Farming
- Working closely with Sugarcane farmers to promote sustainable practices
- Building solid relationships with farmers, FPO’s.
- Conducting on-ground product demonstrations, customer meetings, and awareness drives.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Education : Graduate from any field (Agriculture background is a plus but not mandatory).
- Experience : 0-1 years of field sales experience (Freshers welcome).
- Language : Proficiency in Marathi and basic communication in Hindi/English preferred.
- Must Have :
A two-wheeler and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Salary & Benefits :
- Fixed Salary : ₹15,000/month
- Performance-Based Incentives : As per farmers on-boarding
- TA/DA : Travel and Dearness Allowance will be provided
