About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Solar After-Sales & Installation Coordinator to manage post-sales activities and oversee the smooth execution of residential and/or commercial solar installations. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end solar installation processes from post-sale to commissioning.
- Liaise with customers, installers, electricians, and internal teams.
- Schedule site inspections, installations, and grid connections.
- Manage after-sales support, including service requests and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Australian standards, safety regulations, and permitting requirements.
- Handle documentation such as STC claims, grid approvals, and warranties.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure installations are completed on schedule.
- Maintain CRM records and track project progress.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for material availability.
Requirements :
- Experience in solar industry (installation coordination / after-sales / EPC preferred).
- Knowledge of Australian solar regulations, including grid connection processes.
- Familiarity with STC (Small-scale Technology Certificates) process is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in electrical, renewable energy, or engineering field.
- Experience working with installers and subcontractors.
- Understanding of inverter systems, solar PV design, and monitoring platforms.
