- Achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement and consultative selling
- Assist customers with product selection and provide complete sales support
- Build and maintain solid client relationships for repeat business
- Handle basic store operations including billing, inventory support, and display upkeep
- Participate in in-store promotions and customer engagement activities
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales
- Preferred industry : Jewelry, luxury retail, fashion, or premium consumer products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a sales-driven approach
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems is a plus
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
