- This is a target-driven sales role
- This is a 100% on-site role based at our office in HSR layout, Bangalore.
- We work 6 days a week - 5 days a week in office & WFH on Saturdays

Job responsibilities :

- Drive conversions and achieve sales targets
- Reach out to assigned leads and engage with them effectively
- Conduct product demos over video calls (Google Meet / Microsoft Teams)
- Clearly communicate product features,



benefits, and relevant use cases
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable features/use cases
- Follow up consistently until closure
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, follow-ups, and conversions into CRM

Who Should Apply :

- Fresh BBA /MBA/ BCOM/ BA graduates.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong presentation skills, especially over video meetings
- Comfortable with tools like Google Suite, MS Office, and video conferencing platforms
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
- Basic comfort using smartphones (Android only)

Compensation details :

- During Training period : 20,000 fixed + 5,000 performance based incentive per month
- Upon confirmation : 4-4.5 LPA (including PF And Medical Insurance) and upto 20,000 per month incentives based on target achievement

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
