We are hiring experienced Telecallers / Sales Executives with a strong sales mindset. The role involves calling potential customers, pitching services, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound leads and inquiries
- Pitch products/services confidently over calls
- Generate and qualify leads
- Follow up with clients to close sales
- Maintain call records and update CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Requirements :

- Minimum 1 year experience in sales / telecalling (mandatory) :





- Strong communication & convincing skills

- Languages: Hindi & English (Marathi preferred)

- Target-oriented and self-motivated

- Good negotiation and follow-up skills

- Basic computer knowledge

- Experience in BPO / Telecalling / Sales roles :

- Confident, energetic, and result-driven
