Job Role

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, EPC companies, and channel partners.
- Conduct field visits and client meetings regularly.
- Generate leads through self-marketing, references, and market research.
- Explain product features, pricing, and technical perks to customers.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
- Maintain daily sales reports and market feedback.




- Identify competitor activities and market trends.

Required Skills :

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of solar inverter or electrical products preferred.
- Ability to work independently in remote/field sales environment.
- Lead generation and client relationship management skills.
- Basic understanding of MS Excel and CRM reporting.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Experience in solar, electrical, inverter, battery, or energy industry.
- MBA in Marketing/HR or relevant graduation.
- Experience in B2B sales and dealer handling.
- Self-motivated and result-driven personality.
