Job Title: Sales Executive - Cosmetology Institute (Telecalling)

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Daily Outbound Calls to fresh and existing leads
- Explain cosmetology courses, certifications, and career opportunities to prospective students
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
- Build solid relationships with potential students and guide them through the enrollment process




- Coordinate with the counseling and marketing team for lead management

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum Graduate (Any Stream) :

- 1-3 years of experience in Telecalling / Sales / Counseling (preferred)

- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi :

- Strong convincing and negotiation skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools

- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset

Working Days & Timings

- 6 Days Working (Week Off: 1 Day)
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
