- Generate new leads through calls, site visits, references, and digital platforms
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about projects
- Conduct property site visits with potential customers
- Maintain proper follow-up with clients to close deals
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Maintain customer database and sales records
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
