Role Overview : Key Responsibilities :

- Sell InfozIT Solutions’ software products including CRM, HRMS, Education ERP, and Task Management solutions
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and inbound leads
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable software solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate with internal product, implementation, and support teams
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM with customer interactions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends,



competitors, and product enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B IT product sales
- Experience selling software products / SaaS solutions is mandatory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of enterprise software sales processes
- Ability to understand customer pain points and map solutions accordingly
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team workplace

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in selling CRM, HRMS, ERP, or workflow automation tools
- Exposure to selling solutions to educational institutions or enterprises
- Experience in handling demos, proposals, and pricing discussions

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
