Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Panel Field Sales skilled, located in Lucknow. The individual will be responsible for generating and managing B2B and B2C sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving solar panel sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting potential clients, conducting site surveys, pitching tailored solar energy solutions, and achieving sales targets.



The role will also require close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills

- Knowledge and understanding of Solar Power, Solar Industry, and Solar Systems
- Familiarity with Wind Energy and Power Generation concepts
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct site surveys and provide customized solutions to clients
- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the renewable energy sector
- High level of self-motivation, with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools

Qualification

- Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits and site inspections

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
