Handle incoming leads from parents via calls, WhatsApp, and enquiries

- Understand the child’s age, grade, and learning needs :

- Clearly explain Spellzee’s courses, teaching method, class structure, and pricing :

- Schedule demo classes and ensure parents attend them

- Follow up with parents after demos and convert leads into admissions :

- Maintain accurate lead and admission data in CRM / sheets

- Coordinate with the academic team for smooth onboarding after admission

- Address parent queries with patience, clarity, and confidence

- Achieve daily call targets, demo targets, and monthly admission goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent spoken English (Tamil/Hindi is an added advantage)

- Strong convincing and counselling skills :

- Ability to speak confidently with parents and build trust

- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / CRM tools

- Laptop, stable internet connection, and headset required





- Willingness to learn about phonics, reading, and child education
