The Sr. Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing sales operations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth processing of customer orders. The role includes handling quotations, order tracking, customer communication, and preparing sales reports to help achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team, plant, and logistics department for order processing and dispatch.
- Prepare and manage quotations, proforma invoices, order confirmations, and sales documentation.
- Maintain and update customer database, sales records, and MIS reports.
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Communicate with clients regarding order updates, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales forecasts, targets, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with accounts for payment follow-ups and billing issues.
- Support the sales team with tender documentation and project coordination.
- Monitor market inquiries and customer requirements and forward leads to the sales team.
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance for all sales activities.
