What You’ll Do
- Speak with 100% inbound leads generated through our app, website, and marketing campaigns — no cold calling .
- Make 50-70 calls per day with 5-10 structured follow-ups.
- Understand customer goals and guide them toward the right stock market education programs and mentorship plans .
- Clearly explain course structure, mentorship advantages, and learning outcomes.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from the first conversation to successful onboarding.
- Build trust and maintain follow-ups with prospects.
- Maintain lead updates and call records in the CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements :
Sales Experience
- Minimum 6 months - 1 years of sales experience :
- Experience in outbound calling, inside sales, or B2C sales preferred
Stock Market Interest
- Basic understanding of trading or investing :
- Personal trading experience is a robust plus
Communication Skills
- Fluent in Hindi and English :
- Confident and persuasive on calls
Work Style
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Comfortable using CRM tools and call systems
Compensation & Incentives
Fixed Salary : ₹3 Lakh per year
Monthly Incentives : ₹5,000 - ₹20,000 based on performance
Daily Incentives : Additional rewards for top performers
