1. Travel Sales Executive
Responsibilities :
- Suggest suitable domestic and international tour packages
- Prepare customized travel itineraries
- Follow up with clients and convert inquiries into bookings
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and travel partners
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements :
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Malayalam preferred)
- Experience in travel sales is preferred but freshers with passion for travel are welcome
- Good customer handling and sales skills
2. Hotel Reservations Executive
Responsibilities :
- Manage hotel booking requests and reservations
- Coordinate with hotels for room availability and rates
- Handle booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations
- Maintain records of reservations and supplier contracts
- Communicate with clients and travel partners regarding hotel bookings
Requirements :
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in hotel reservations or travel industry
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple reservations and deadlines
