- Provide detailed information about tour packages such as Char Dham Yatra, Do Dham Yatra, Kedarnath Yatra, trekking tours, and Uttarakhand packages .
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by explaining packages and offers.
- Prepare itineraries and quotations according to customer requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to close sales.
- Coordinate with the operations team for bookings and travel arrangements.
- Maintain customer database and update inquiry records.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year experience in travel sales .
- Positive English and Hindi communication skills .
- Basic knowledge of Uttarakhand tour packages and pilgrimage tours preferred.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
