- Supporting Business Development and Marketing activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of sales process.
- Understand & Resolve customer queries & concerns.
- Coordinate with internal CFT (Cross Functional Team) to meet customer expectations and requirements.
- Coordinate with concerned departments ,client for dispatches,invoice generation etc.
- Preparing Quotes and proposals for clients.
- Contract reviews of NDA’s, LOI, Purchase Agreements, PO’s and others
- Maintaining Sales & IATF Documents.
- Support for RFQ/ SOR management.
- Ensure timely collection of payment and overdue payments.
