Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Engage with customers to explain solar solutions and benefits.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Report sales activities directly to the sales department of the company.
Skills Required :
- Excellent communication skills in English , Hindi ,
- Robust phone manners and professional articulation.
- Ability to work under stress and pressure .
- Good networking and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented .
- A positive team player attitude.
