Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Pharma Sales Executive to handle sales and distribution of pharmaceutical products and medical supplies. The role focuses on building strong relationships with hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare professionals while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products and medical supplies in the assigned territory
- Develop and manage relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors
- Generate new business and maintain existing accounts
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct product presentations and explain technical and clinical advantages
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM or internal records regularly
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Pharmacy, Science, or any related field (preferred)
- 1-5 years of experience in pharma or medical supply sales
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and supply chain basics
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
- Willingness to travel locally as required
Preferred Experience
- Experience dealing with hospitals, clinics, and institutional sales
- Knowledge of tender-based or bulk supply sales is an advantage
