Role Overview : Key Responsibilities :

- Counsel prospective students and parents about Interior Design & Architecture programs
- Present programs with clarity, credibility, and industry insight
- Drive admissions conversions through consultative counseling
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries effectively
- Explain curriculum, software tools, career paths, and industry scope
- Evaluate student interest, aptitude, and career goals
- Maintain lead follow-ups and conversion records
- Support admission events, seminars, and orientation sessions




- Work closely with academic and marketing teams during admission cycles

Required Qualifications :

- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
- 2+ years of professional or academic experience preferred

Core Skills :

- Persuasive counseling and communication skills
- Sales-focused, conversion-driven approach
- Ability to simplify technical design concepts
- Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
- Confident, target-oriented, and student-focused

Preferred :

- Experience in education admissions or counseling
- Teaching, mentoring, or portfolio guidance experience

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
