Handle incoming and outgoing calls to/from potential and existing customers.
- Generate new leads via online research, directories, and databases.
- Explain product features and pricing to customers (mainly Interactive Flat Panels, Smart Class Solutions).
- Share quotations and follow up regularly.
- Maintain and update CRM or lead sheets regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team for in office meetings or demos.
- Provide after-sales communication or support as needed.
