Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors in assigned territories.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and market surveys.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct dealer meetings, product presentations, and business discussions.
- Support dealers in business setup, sales planning, and market development.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth dealer onboarding and support.
- Submit daily visit reports and weekly sales updates.
- Travel extensively across Bihar and Jharkhand to drive business growth.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driving license preferred.

Experience

- 1-8 years of experience in sales, channel development,



dealer development, or business development.
- Experience in Automobile, EV, Two-Wheeler, Three-Wheeler, Commercial Vehicle, Battery, Auto Parts, or related industries preferred.
- Freshers with strong sales and field marketing skills may also apply.
