Job Title : Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals effectively
- Ensure end-to-end completion of the sales cycle
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements & Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Graduation is mandatory)
- Proven experience in inside sales, tele sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette and active listening skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting




- Adaptability to changing sales strategies and targets

Preferred Skills :

- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Customer handling and objection resolution
- Basic understanding of sales processes and funnels

Additional Requirements :

- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings/weekends if required
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits :

- Salary : Up to ₹27,000 (In-hand) | ₹32,000 CTC
