Sales & Business Development

- Identify and generate current sales leads through field visits

- Promote and sell company products/services to potential customers

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets :

- Develop strategies to expand customer base in assigned territory

Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally

Field Work & Market Visits

- Conduct regular field visits, meetings, and presentations :

- Cover assigned areas/territories effectively

- Collect market information and competitor insights

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain daily visit reports and sales records
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM systems
- Track orders, payments,



and deliveries

Coordination

- Coordinate with internal teams like marketing, logistics, and accounts
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services to customers

Target & Performance

- Meet sales KPIs and performance goals
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Continuously work on improving sales skills and product knowledge

Additional Responsibilities

- Participate in promotional activities and campaigns
- Represent the company in exhibitions or events
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct in the field

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
