Location : Salt lake Sector 5 Kolkata West Bengal (Work from Office) Company : Divinelane (A vertical of House of EdTech) CTC : Up to ₹7.2 LPA (Up to ₹3.6 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹3.6 LPA Variable) Experience Required : 1-3 years in Telesales / Retail Sales Working Days : 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off) Requirement : Personal Laptop is Mandatory
Role Overview
We are looking for articulate, confident, and trustworthy Sales Associates to guide clients through high-value gemstone and sacred product purchases.
This is a consultative selling role , where you will engage with warm inbound leads over phone calls and help customers make meaningful and informed buying decisions. If you enjoy premium product conversations and building long-term customer relationships, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales queries over phone calls
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gemstones or sacred wearables
- Build trust through explicit, transparent,
and honest communication
- Explain product value, authenticity, and pricing confidently
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales or retail sales
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable handling high-value product conversations
- Target-driven mindset with a consultative selling approach
