MIS Executive - Key Responsibility

Daily Dashboard Presentation & Data Analysis

- Collect and verify data from Production, Dispatch, Sales, Stores, and Accounts departments.

- Update the daily management dashboard before the defined reporting time.

- Present key figures related to:

- Production vs Target

- Dispatch vs Plan

- Sales vs Target

- Finished Goods Stock

- Raw Material Stock

- Pending Orders

- Collections and Outstanding

- Highlight major deviations, exceptions, and red flags.

- Prepare daily insights and deductions from the data.

- Identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas requiring management attention.

- Share a Daily MIS Summary with management.

- Coordinate with department heads to ensure data accuracy and timely submission.
