Job Title: Tour Consultant / Sales Executive

Job Type : Full-Time Working Hours : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Salary : Up to ₹20,000 per month + Incentives (if applicable)

Job Overview

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

- Manage and convert inbound travel leads into confirmed bookings
- Achieve individual and branch sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports

Lead Management

- Handle leads from calls, website, social media, and ads
- Ensure timely follow-ups and lead nurturing
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams for lead generation

Operations Coordination

- Work closely with operations for bookings, visa processes (VFS), and appointments
- Assist customers with travel documentation (passport, visa, insurance, etc.)
- Ensure accurate invoicing and payment tracking

Team Collaboration

- Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams




- Participate in review meetings and performance discussions

Market Awareness

- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences
- Provide feedback to improve packages and sales strategies

Requirements :

- Graduate in any field (preferred)
- Prior experience in travel sales or a similar role is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of international travel processes (visa, documentation)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
