Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and marketing leads.
- schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Provide detailed information about real estate projects, pricing, and offers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Update customer details and call records in CRM or internal systems.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into potential sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures and client meetings.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain robust customer relationships and provide excellent service.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or real estate calling.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English preferred).
- Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales processes is an advantage.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Excel, and calling software.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
