Location : VIP Haldiram, Kolkata Industry : Real Estate Salary Range : ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Performance-based incentives)

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Generation: Promote and sell residential flats to prospective clients.

Generate and follow up on leads through various channels including digital platforms, referrals, and field marketing.

Client Handling & Relationship Management: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable property options.

Conduct site visits and explain property details effectively.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.

Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate pricing and terms to close property sales successfully.





Ensure timely completion of sales transactions and documentation.

Market Analysis & Reporting: Keep updated on current market trends and competitor activities.

Submit regular sales reports and performance updates to management.
