Job Summary : We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive to manage project execution, vendor coordination, budgeting, and licensing activities . The role involves ensuring projects are completed within timelines, budget, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of projects
- Prepare and maintain Gantt charts for tracking timelines and milestones
- Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Operations, Admin, etc.)
- Monitor project progress and share regular status reports
- Vendor Management :
- Identify and onboard vendors for project requirements
- Handle vendor follow-ups to ensure timely delivery of materials/services
- Coordinate for quotations, comparisons, and finalization
- Track vendor performance and ensure quality standards
- Budgeting & Cost Control :
- Assist in project budgeting and cost estimation
- Track project expenses against the approved budget
- Ensure cost optimization and avoid budget overruns
- Coordinate with finance for payments and approvals
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and resources
- Coordinate with government authorities for inspections and compliance
- Track and follow up on pending licenses and approvals
- Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records
- Identify risks/issues and escalate when required
- Support site visits, audits, and project implementation
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management / Engineering or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination / vendor management / budgeting
- Strong knowledge of Gantt charts and project tracking :
- Experience in vendor follow-up and cost control :
- Proficiency in MS Excel (budget tracking), Word, and PowerPoint :
- Good negotiation and coordination skills
Preferred :
- Experience in healthcare / diagnostics / facility setup
- Exposure to licensing and regulatory approvals
