BE WELL HOSPITALS, a secondary care multispeciality hospital chain, is looking for a dynamic Operations Executive with prior hospital operations experience to support smooth day-to-day functioning of the unit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily hospital operations including OPD, IP, Emergency and patient flow
- Work closely with doctors, nursing, billing, pharmacy, diagnostics and support services
- Ensure smooth patient experience and timely issue resolution
- Monitor operational efficiency, service quality and turnaround time
- Support NABH compliance, documentation and safety protocols
- Coordinate staff duty rosters, shift planning and manpower allocation
- Monitor inventory coordination with stores and purchase department
- Prepare operational MIS reports and support unit administration
- Coordinate with external vendors, diagnostic partners and service providers

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in hospital operations is mandatory
- Exposure to NABH standards and hospital coordination activities preferred
- Positive communication, coordination and patient-handling skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
