We are looking for an MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive who will play a key role in managing and overseeing the organization’s information systems. The role involves ensuring that data is accurately captured, processed, and reported to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various departments to generate meaningful insights.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on business performance metrics.
- Monitor and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization’s MIS systems .
- Identify and implement improvements to existing systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure MIS processes align with business goals and objectives .
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Operations, and HR to meet their data requirements.
- Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive company information.
- Maintain records related to system configurations, updates, and changes .
Skills Required :
- Proficiency in Excel, Advanced Excel, Macros, and Google Sheets :
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills :
- High attention to detail
- Positive communication and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
