This internship offers rare exposure to global outreach, government engagement, policy research, and strategic partnerships, working directly with the Founder’s Office and Vice President - External Engagement.

We work closely with state and central governments, global consultancies, international institutions, embassies, and private capital to build destination ecosystems at a national and global scale.

Role Overview

The Research Intern - Global Outreach & Strategic Engagement will play a critical role in supporting Ridhira Group’s international and domestic outreach efforts.

The primary focus of this role is global outreach — identifying, researching, and engaging with international partners, government bodies, embassies, consultancies, family offices, and institutions that can provide strategic, operational, knowledge, or financial support to Ridhira’s projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Global Outreach & Partner Identification (Core Responsibility)
- Research and identify potential international partners, institutions, NGOs, government agencies, and private organisations aligned with:

- Infrastructure, sustainability, and Tourism destinations
- Support outreach to embassies, consulates, counsellors, and international missions for collaboration and engagement.
- Assist in identifying operational, knowledge-based, strategic, or funding partnerships globally.
- Prepare structured outreach lists, profiles, and engagement notes.

1. Strategic Engagement & Meeting Coordination





- Support outreach to top global consultancy firms including JLL, CBRE, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, and similar organisations.
- Assist in outreach and coordination with including family offices, sovereign-linked institutions, and strategic investors.
- Track conversations, responses, and follow-ups systematically.

- Government Policy & Institutional Research

- Track and analyse:

- Central and State Government policies (Tourism, Infrastructure, Space, Economic Affairs)

1. Founder’s Office & Leadership Support
- Work closely with the Vice President - External Engagement and the Founder’s Office.
- Gain exposure to:

- High-level outreach strategy
- Government and institutional negotiations
- Global partnership frameworks
- Support ad-hoc strategic research and engagement initiatives.
