Business Operations Executive - (Vaulting & Logistics experience)
Looking for Business Operations Executive 3-5 years of experience in Vaulting and Logistics.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily vaulting operations including storage, handling, and dispatch.
- Ensure secure custody and accurate tracking of high-value assets.
- Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments with vendors and carriers.
- Monitor inventory records, reconciliation, and audit compliance.
- Implement and enforce security protocols and risk control measures.
- Optimize logistics routes, costs, and turnaround time.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners for smooth operations.
- Prepare operational reports and track key performance metrics.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration related field
