Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Growth

- Support occupancy growth through lead generation, centre tours, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
- Build partnerships with local businesses, startups, institutions, and professional communities.
- Assist in achieving occupancy, revenue, and member retention targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness and generate new business.

Community & Member Experience

- Act as the primary point of contact for members and visitors.
- Build strong relationships with members and ensure a positive coworking experience.
- Plan and execute networking events, workshops, meetups, and community initiatives.
- Drive member engagement and retention through regular interactions and activities.

Marketing & Content

- Manage the centre’s social media presence by planing and coordinating content creation including photos, videos, reels, testimonials, and campaigns with the central team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute brand campaigns and promotional activities.
- Develop innovative local marketing strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Operations & Administration

- Support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre.




- Coordinate with vendors and support teams as required.
- Maintain operational standards and ensure a professional environment for members and guests.
- Prepare basic reports related to marketing, events, occupancy, and member engagement.

Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, customer experience, community management, hospitality, events, coworking, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
- Ability to manage events and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of taking ownership.
- Photography, videography, design, or digital marketing skills will be an added advantage.
