- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers

- Convert leads into confirmed sales orders

Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients :

- Ensure repeat orders and long-term partnerships

- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally

Order Management

- Assist customers in placing orders and confirming order details

- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, dispatch, and delivery :

- Track order status and provide updates to customers

D2C Support

- Assist direct customers in placing orders through phone, WhatsApp, or online channels




- Handle customer inquiries related to products, pricing, and delivery

Sales Administration

- Maintain customer data and sales activity records
- Prepare sales reports and updates for management
- Follow up on pending quotations and leads

Market Development

- Identify recent sales opportunities and untapped markets
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing
- Provide feedback to management on market trends
