Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize the founder’s calendar, including meetings, travel, and priorities
- Vendor management and negotiation, including onboarding and pricing discussions
- Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth communication and execution
- Organize company files, folders, and documentation systems
- Assist in planning and executing company events
- Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to the founder
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
- Assist with research, documentation, and presentations when required
- Support coordination across the Founders’ Office when needed
- Step in wherever founder support is required

What We’re Looking For Must-have

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role -Master’s degree is an added advantage
- Experience in vendor negotiation and coordination




- This role requires handling and interacting with animals, so comfort around animals is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- High level of discretion, integrity, and reliability
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets)

Good to have

- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Exposure to founders / senior leadership support
- Basic understanding of operations, marketing, or business workflows
