Key Responsibilities :

- Provide pre-operative counselling to patients and relatives
- Explain surgical procedures, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes in simple language
- Address patient fears, anxiety, and emotional concerns related to surgery
- Coordinate with doctors, surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital administration
- Guide patients on pre-surgery preparation
- Provide post-operative counselling regarding recovery, precautions, and follow-up care
- Support patients and families during hospital visit and discharge process
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Ensure ethical standards and patient privacy are followed

Required Qualifications :

- Graduate or Post-graduate or Healthcare Management
- Experience in Eye hospital or clinical counselling preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and surgical procedures is an advantage

- Ability to handle anxious or distressed patients
- Team coordination and documentation skills

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
